CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

SECTION 1: SCOPE OF SERVICES
[YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Company") agrees to provide credit repair services to the undersigned Client ("Client") in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. Section 1679, and applicable [STATE] state regulations.

Services include:
- Review and analysis of Client credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
- Identification of inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items
- Preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors
- Ongoing monitoring and follow-up on dispute responses
- Client education on credit improvement strategies

SECTION 2: NO GUARANTEES
Company DOES NOT guarantee any specific outcome, credit score increase, or removal of accurate negative items. No credit repair organization can lawfully make such guarantees under CROA Section 1679b(a)(1).

SECTION 3: CLIENT RIGHTS UNDER CROA
You have the right to:
1. Dispute inaccurate information directly with credit bureaus at no cost
2. Obtain a copy of your credit report from each bureau annually at no charge
3. Cancel this agreement within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of signing without penalty
4. Sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA

SECTION 4: FEES AND PAYMENT

No fees may be collected before services are fully performed per CROA Section 1679b(b).

SECTION 5: CANCELLATION
